What happens next?

Once your order is confirmed the warehouse will process your order for delivery or export the next business day. Unless you have instructed otherwise.

Once your purchase is ready for dispatch you will receive an email notification.

♦ A shipping fee will apply if your minimum purchase amount falls below minimum shipping after discounts.
♦ We are closed for delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and on Singaporean Public Holidays
♦ Shipping may take longer during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather.

This is a next day service that specialises in office hour delivery to your home or workplace.

Our service is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

We are closed for delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and on Singaporean Public Holidays.

Coming soon we will also offer the Singpost Pop Station service.

For orders placed after 5pm, the earliest delivery option is the afternoon of the next business day. Unless otherwise stated or agreed, this is subject to the discretion of our delivery partner. Alternatively, you can choose a day.

Can I choose a time slot?

You have the option to choose a morning or afternoon delivery. This is defined as the hours before and after 12pm-1pm. Please see next day delivery for orders placed after 5 pm.

Delivery details will be reconfirmed when you are contacted by our delivery agents.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

If we attempt to deliver your order, but you are not present to receive it; we will re-deliver on the next available date. Please note, there is a re-delivery fee of S$10 if your delivery fails 2x.

International Shipping Partners

We ship to you via reputable international parcel companies including DHL, Fedex, UPS and TNT.

International Shipping Duties & Taxes.

Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. Some products we sell are prohibited for importation into certain countries. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for us to be aware of all of the regulations specific to any given country. Where we are aware of any particular import restrictions, we will endeavour to make note of this on the product page.

What you need to know:It’s entirely your responsibility to ensure that any goods which you order are not prohibited/restricted within your delivery country. My Planet Natural accepts no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government bodies. Likewise, any import duty or tax payable on your order is not our responsibility and is beyond our control. If an order is returned to us by your countries import authorities in resalable condition, we’ll refund you the value of the order less any postage costs incurred to us. We can’t provide a refund until we’ve received the products back. We do not provide refunds on parcels that are detained or confiscated at your countries customs due to containing items which are prohibited.

Do you ship to P.O. BOX or Parcel Lockers?

We require a signature for all packages, we do not ship to P.O. BOX or Parcel Lockers.

Our free delivery service covers the delivery to a valid residential, home or business address in Singapore.

My Planet Natural will not be liable for any lost orders should you request for your order to be delivered without requiring a signature.

Any request for Authority to Leave without Signature will be at your own risk.

Can I upgrade my delivery methods afterwards?

Unfortunately, once your order has been paid and processed, we are unable to change your Shipping Method.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

The delivery address for an order must be a valid residential address – we do not ship to P.O. Box or Parcel Lockers. Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has been paid.
In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order and shipping instructions, and the package is shipped My Planet Natural will not be liable for any replacement or refund.
The parcel companies will call based on the shipper’s contact details you supplied during order confirmation.The parcel company may charge an additional cost for change of address for undelivered parcels with a wrong/invalid address.

Will I get charged for a re-delivery?

Failed deliveries including change of address for undelivered parcels with a wrong/invalid address, may incur additional charges. My Planet Natural are not liable for any such failed delivery.

Do you process orders during Public Holidays?

Unfortunately, our warehouse is closed during Public Holidays therefore your orders will be processed on the next working day.

What should I do if there’s a delay in my delivery?

Standard Shipping – Our deliveries will be carried out between 9am – 10pm. If you’d like to know when your package would be delivered.

Standard + / Premium Shipping – The delivery of your order will be completed during the chosen timeslot, however if your order is not delivered within the timeslot.

What happens if I’m not available to receive my package upon delivery?

If there is no one available to receive the package when your delivery arrives, one of these could happen. The courier will:

1) Fail the delivery & an email will be sent to you with a rescheduling link to choose the next date/time-slot for your delivery. Should there not be a date / time-slot chosen, our courier will reschedule it for a re-delivery for the next business day.

2) Give you a call to check if you would like to have your package left at a secure location of your choice.
